Bay Moon

Tessa Hope Hasty is a mountain and ocean artist with roots going back three generations in Santa Cruz. Her work grows out of time spent surfing, backpacking, and paying close attention to the landscapes around her. The moon over the bay fits naturally into Tessa’s body of work, where land, water, plants, and sky keep crossing paths. The moon over the bay gives it the quiet, outdoorsy pull that runs through so much of Tessa’s work.
