A rare 1919 antique holy card honoring St. Giuseppe Cottolengo, the Saint of Turin, printed on aged cream cardstock and preserved from a nun's estate — a genuine second-class relic card for collectors of early Italian devotional printing.
- Size: approximately 4" x 2.5" (10 cm x 6.5 cm)
- Material: Aged cream cardstock, printed in Milan, Italy, in 1919
- Relic: Second-class relic window labeled "Indumenti usati dal Beato" (garments used by the Blessed)
- Blessing: Blessed by Pope Leo XIV in St. Peter's Square
- Shipping: Ships from Rome, Italy
The card was issued in the narrow window between Cottolengo's beatification in 1917 and his canonization in 1934, and still bears its purple ecclesiastical stamp and the saint's own maxim on the catechism. A meaningful piece for anyone devoted to the founder of Turin's Little House of Divine Providence, who spent his life caring for the sick and abandoned.
