Movie fans, get ready — this game will put your brain and your pop-culture skills to the test! In Count' Em Up – Movies Edition, each round shows three quick-fire movie questions, each with a number as its answer. Your job? Solve them in your head, add all three totals together, and trust your gut! Once the target number appears, you have to make your move: is the real total lower, exact, or higher than the number on the screen? Pick wisely, because one wrong step means you’re out. It’s fast, it’s frantic, and it’s the perfect game for movie lovers who think they’ve got the numbers on lock.

How to Play

Have your students spread out with clear areas for left (lower), middle (spot on), and right (higher). Each round, three movie-related number questions will appear on screen. Players mentally solve each question and add the three answers together. After a few seconds, reveal the target number. Students must choose their space: go left if they think the correct total is lower, stay in the middle if they think it’s exactly right, and go right if they think the true answer is higher. Once the correct total is shown, anyone who picked correctly stays in, while everyone who guessed wrong is out. Keep playing until only one movie-math master remains!
