First Names

First Names is a simple, fast-paced elimination game that tests how well students really know the brands they see every day. Each round features a well-known company, but instead of guessing what it is now, students have to decide what it was called first. With two possible original names on the screen, students must quickly choose a side and commit to their answer. It’s surprising, interactive, and gets harder as confidence builds and the room starts thinning out.

Show a popular company on the screen along with two possible original names, one on the left and one on the right. Students move to the side of the room that matches the option they think is correct. Reveal the correct answer after everyone has chosen. Students who picked correctly stay in the game, and anyone who chose wrong is out and returns to their seat. Continue playing round by round until one student remains or stop when a group of students is left standing.
