Holy Communion Cross - Brass & Blue Enamel Crucifix - Blessed By Pope

A Holy Communion cross in brass-colored metal and deep blue enamel, its front centered on a white flower holding the chalice and radiant host. A First Communion gift that still looks right years later on a chain or a rosary.

• Size: 1.5" (4 cm), without the bail
• Material: alloy metal, brass colored, with blue enamel
• Design: chalice and host on the front; dove and Chi-Rho (Px) lettering on the back
• Blessing: Blessed by Pope Leo XIV during a public audience in St. Peter's Square
• Shipping: Ships from Rome, Italy

The Chi-Rho on the reverse joins the first two Greek letters of Christos, a mark Christians have set on their belongings since the earliest centuries. On a Communion day it quietly names who the child is receiving.
