How to Play
Show a movie legend on the screen. Students vote by moving left if they think the legend is legit or right if they think it’s a myth. Once everyone has chosen a side, reveal the correct answer. Students who guessed correctly stay in the game, and anyone who guessed wrong is out and returns to their seat. Continue playing through multiple rounds until only one student remains or stop when a small group is left standing.

Movie Myths is a high-energy, crowd-wide elimination game that challenges what students think they know about famous movies. Each round presents a commonly repeated movie “fact” that sounds totally believable, but might actually be completely false. Students have to decide if the legend is legit or just a myth, then commit to their choice with their feet. Every reveal brings surprise, debate, and groans as confident guesses get exposed and the crowd slowly thins out.
