St. Francis & Wolf Franciscan Medal – Pendant – Blessed by Pope

St. Francis and the wolf on a wearable Franciscan medal from Rome — big enough to show its detail, light enough for every day.

• Size: 22 mm - 0.86"
• Material: Brass, silver washed (silver tone)
• Design: St. Francis with the wolf on the front, artist's signature in the detail; the Basilica of Saint Francis in Assisi on the back
• Blessing: Blessed by Pope Leo XIV
• Shipping: Ships from Rome, Italy

The scene remembers Gubbio, where Francis tamed the wolf that had terrorized the town and turned fear into friendship. Worn on a neck chain — or fastened to a beloved pet's collar as the original seller suggested — it carries that promise of peace between all God's creatures.
